Joachim Hansen joined P&J Windpower in 2022 as part of a generational transition alongside company founder Jan Martin Hansen. With a strong agricultural background, he brings valuable practical experience to the renewable energy sector.

Since 1995, he has been a limited partner (Kommanditist) in several wind farms, combining his knowledge of land use with a long-standing commitment to wind energy development.

Michael Kristensen

Managing Director

Michael Kristensen brings over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a strong foundation as an electrical engineer. Throughout his career, he has built up broad technical expertise, particularly in the operation and decommissioning of wind turbines.

His hands-on approach and deep understanding of turbine systems have made him a trusted specialist in the field. In addition to his consulting and technical roles, Michael also operates several wind turbines himself, combining practical experience with long-term industry insight.

Yvonne Reichle

Office & Administrative Assistant

Yvonne Reichle is a trained legal assistant and works in the back office at P&J Windpower. With her structured approach and attention to detail, she supports the team in administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Julia Nahnsen

Head of Finance & Administration

Julia Nahnsen has been active in the wind energy sector since 2013, with a focus on commercial operations management, financial management, corporate administration, and communication. As Financial Manager, she brings over a decade of experience in overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of wind energy projects, ensuring efficient and transparent operations.
